I was wondering how you can tell if all the shares of a recent offering have been bled into the float yet, or if they have not- how many more need to be until all are there. I have noticed companies using news catalysts to draw buyers, and then the dump in large chunks of shares from recent offerings. I’d like to stop getting caught in this trap. Any insight?
